“My fiance had a great time during our stay! It was my first time staying at Cabana Bay as well as experiencing Universal Studios.
We absolutely loved the proximity and shuttles that Universal resorts provides not only from the parks but to and from the airport as well. If you're planning on visiting Volcano Bay than I highly suggest staying at Cabana Bay. It's within walking distance and because of it makes your trip very seamless and effortless (which is such a plus!).
If you're not planning on visiting Volcano Bay but other Universal parks instead, than I would suggest to get the best deal possible. But, know this. Staying at a Universal resort grants you early access to the Universal parks which is a huge bonus! We got to experience everything Universal had to offer without a fast pass. Highly recommend!”

“You can tell this is one of the most popular hotels on the resort. The pools are great! Its huge with all the amenities to really call it a resort. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because 1) My key card deactivated or I had issues with the door three times 2) The lines in the lobby for assistance is usually nuts. 3) if you are there for check in early and your room isn't ready there is no area where you can just go to sit quietly or take a meeting. I would definitely go back though.”
