“When we checked in, we got the key of the room at 7pm instead of 3pm. The room was stinky as the previous client smoked in the room. The smell was unbearable. After a chaotic check-in, we were lucky to have met Julian, one of the employees of the hotel, who managed the issues in a very professional way. He was extremely patient and handled everything with calm and patience. He was very understanding and friendly despite my lack of patience. He was a great listener. The W Barcelona is lucky to have an employee like him. Our experience at the hotel was great because he was great with us. The reviews should not be entitled to the hotel but to the employees who make the experience great for the clients! Well done Julian for all what you have done for us and for your extreme patience and kindness.”
