Ótimo Hotel! Recomendo a todos os Brasileiros

Tuve la fortuna de estar en el piso 55 con una vista hermosa frente al monumento al World Trade Center, mi experiencia fue excelente.! Los empleados y los servicios fueron eficientes y el lugar se encontraba en excelentes condiciones.!

Great Location and perfectly connected to public transport. Though the hotel seems to be out of date. The bathroom is probably 10+ years old and in need of renovation. The beds are very small and definitely not suited for 2 people. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Overall, the hotel needs some renovations done but otherwise it’s a good deal if you’re out in the city exploring and not much at the hotel anyways. There also were many stains on the carpet, no safe in our room, few outlets and no fridge. Additionally, the A/C malfunctioned and cooled our room down to what felt like freezing temperatures. This hotel has so much potential, but apparently they don’t want to invest in some renovations. If you don’t care about old bathrooms, small beds and TVs then this hotel is still a good fit. But for a 4-star hotel I would expect much more! Comfort: 2/5 Location: 5/5 Service: 4/5 View: 4/5

My son and I booked this hotel for a 6 night vacation. Chose this hotel because of the views from the rooms and was not disappointed. It's location next to the subway was very convenient. We had a great time. We loved it so much we want to do it again soon. Was hoping the hotel would reach out to make this 2nd trip happen. Can't wait to come back. The views were awesome, I felt very safe.

Como toda esta ciudad encanta el Edificio es un sueño subir desde el ascensor con sus pantallas led, hasta la vista panorámica q ofrece de toda la ciudad. El precio de la entrada podría ser mucho menos, encima te cobra un feed de 10 más la entrada, en un abuso de dinero el total por subir, una lastima si todos fueran más excesibles se podría ir a muchos miradores más de la ciudad. Hay q cuidar al turista y el precio es un factor importantisimo.

We traveled from Miami and wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to stay. This hotel was amazing. I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. The moment we arrived the door butler greeted us. He insisted to let him bring down our bags. The front desk was extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. They all were very accommodating. The suite was very big. Room service even called to check if we needed any items replenished. I would give 20 stars!!!!! Location is great, subways all around, fast food and local shops within walking distance. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Specifically, their sales, special services, catering, and AV/IT teams are ready to serve, and at a moment's notice, too! They are professional, responsive, and know their areas of expertise. The property is posh and I can't say enough positive things about it! Because of our positive experience, I will be booking with the Millennium team again.

Primero hacer notar, que este Hotel, sobrevivió la terrible tragedia del 9/11, lo que lo hace un lugar histórico, y desde esa óptica, se debe considerar que es un Hotel antiguo, su localización es excelente, a pocos metros del tren subterráneo, del One World Trade Center, del Memorial de las Torres Gemelas, y a distancias caminables de Wall Street, y del Battery Park, los puntos negativos que pueden aludirse, son inherentes a la antiguedad del Hotel, los que se amortiguan con su carga histórica, que le dan un valor adicional a quienes conocemos las historia del Hotel. Un aspecto importante a considerar es que en general Manhattan no es un lugar amigable para conducir, por lo que no recomiendo arrendar automovil si vienes a la isla.

📍Location: Perfect, right next to subway station.🌃View: Nice downtown city view.👩🏻‍💻Service: This made us very unhappy. There were no bottle water in the room.I called the lobby, they said they won’t send to the room for me, but I can go to the lobby to get it. My husband went to lobby,he told by the receptionist that he couldn’t get any bottle water because we didn’t ask when we checked-in. End up we ordered GoPuff… They only offer 1 bottle before you use the room, even though I came with my husband. The attitude wasn’t nice. Question mark: seriously? A 4-star hotel???🛏 Amenities: Carpets are old, apparently stains on it; There was no fridge, but there was a fridge cabinet…; No remote control, I asked the receptionist sent it to me; Mattress are old, it’s uneven spring, not comfortable; Bedding definitely not deep clean(it looked clean), I and my husband got bad allergy from dusty bedding. Sink and bathtub were little bit clogged up, wasn’t very bad. Bath towels are kind of tough-touched, not soft.🏨Public area: Hall way is dark and old. Lobby looks new. The bar was not open.📝Conclusion: It’s a 4 stars hotel, should deliver 4 stars hospitality and service. But they didn’t. I doubt, they might waiting for the lease over and shut down soon? So many 3 stars boutique hotel are way better than this. Unprofessional hospitality wastes the extraordinary view of the hotel.

We stayed in the junior suite and it was absolutely amazing, the room was huge right on the corner directly facing the freedom tower. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could even see part of the harbor. The king bed felt like a cloud and I felt like I was flying on a cloud at night with the windows open. The location was absolutely perfect as well, everything was such a quick subway ride away and we could even walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and Wall Street. We absolutely loved our stay here and would absolutely go back again!

The location was perfect and the view from our window amazing. The rooms, however, are in serious need of upgrade. The interior is more like a motel run by Norman Bates than a Hilton hotel in Manhattan. The breakfast menu as a messy copy paper reinforced the impression I would describe as a mixture of the Great Depression and time travel to the 90s.Practical problems of the rooms have already been listed in other reviews, and I can totally agree on them; shower faucets are difficult to use and not very environmentally friendly, no refrigerator in the room, no plugs near the beds...our room was also very cold, which was uncomfortable considering it was freezing outside, and would have been nice to warm up in the room.The cleaner did a great job (the room was tidy, new coffee and water brought into the room every day) and was very friendly, unfortunately the same cannot be said for all the other staff. There was variation in the service, some staff members were very friendly and helpful, some were rude and lacked even basic customer service skills. The check in wasn’t very welcoming or informative.The overall impression was that this hotel just doesn’t match the brand. A lot could be done by paying attention to details and updating both practices and decor. With this location, the hotel would be great if you brought it to the 2020s.

Everything was great especially staff members were really nice and accommodating. A few things could be better like if the restaurant is not open then room service should not have a $5 charge since you are forcing customers to order room service in order to get food. The rooms are larger and the views are great but need a major makeover to make this top notch. Other than that, it was a pretty nice stay and i would stay again, so sad it's not going to be a Hilton anymore.

Primeramente llegamos al hotel a la 1 am y no encontraban la reserva ,éramos un grupo grande porlo que tardamos en ubicarnos , luego le pido el señor que me atiende que si podía ponerme 2 camas rotundamente dijo NO porque no había pagado para 2 camasno hizo ni el intento en mirar si había disponibilidadY mi reserva era para 2 personas , luego me pide una tarjeta para dejarla guardada para un depósito cosa que es normal en todos los hoteles , lo que no fue normal es que todas los días habían cargos DIFERENTESen todas las tarjetas guardadas , yo autorice un depósito no los otros tantosque hicieron , se suponía que nada más que hiciera el Check out hotel estuviera disponible , aún sigo aquí esperando que los devuelvan y hace 2 días que regrese . Verdaderamente sin ética ninguna! 😳 Para los que buscan buena ubicación y la mejor vista este es el mejor !!!

Ni por casualidad regresaria a este hotel. Son 2 razones que hacen que piense asi. Generalmente trato de ser "open mind" al criticar a un hotel y no ser tan drástica en mis opiniones y darles un poco de beneficio. Entrando ya en la opiniones. La primera,al tratarme de bañar la llave de agua habia que abrirla por completo, generalmente al principio el agua sale fria pero generalmente no tarda mucho en salir caliente. Al tenerla completamente abierta era un desperdicio de agua brutal, pensaran ustedes de porque la abria completamente, pues por la simple razon de que era la unica manera de que saliera agua caliente, ya que al tenerla abierta poco,el agua caliente nunca salia y solo era agua helada la que salia y salia y salia. Estabamos a 1°C en la calle lo unico que queria era sentir algo caliente para calentarme. Finalmente despues de mucho desperdicio de agua fria comenzo a salir caliente, pero el problema no se resolvió ahi, ahora comenzo otro. Que el agua salio hirviendo y no se podia regular. Si tratabas de mover la palanca ola llave del agua, inmediatamente comenzaba a salir helada nuevamente. Fue un fracaso. Afortunadamente estuve una sola noche. Mi otro comentario negativo es que teniamos boletos para el Summit a las 9:00 am del dia siguiente. La noche anterior le preguntamos a la chica con la que hicimos el check in, que hablaba español, si a las 8:00 am podiamos guardar nuestro equipaje porque teniamos que salir temprano y el check out era a las 11 am. Ella nos dijo que desde las 7 am llegaba el encargado de guardarlas, cosa que nos parecio perfecto, salir a las 8,hacer check out, dejar encargadas las maletas, tomar el metro, llegar al Summit a las 9am,y mas tarde ya recoger las maletas para ir al aeropuerto. Todo parecia perfecto hasta que bajamos a dejar la llave. Preguntamos por el encargado de guardar las maletas. La respuesta del tipo del recibidor fue: "llega a las 9:00 am". Le dijimos que la chica de la noche anterior nos dijo que llegaba a las 7 u 8 am , cosa que le valio y solo su respuesta era: llega a las 9 y casi casi haganle como quieran no es mi problema. Por ultimo tratamos de pedirle ayuda a un fulano que solo andaba dando vueltas en el lobby( era trabajador de ahi por el uniforme). Pense a ver si nos ayudaba en algo. Hablaba un ingles inentendible para mi, le pedi de favor que me hablara mas despacio y solo alzo los hombros y creo dijo que no nos podía ayudar. Finalmente perdimos nuestras entradas al Summit y el fulano encargado de guardar equipaje llego hasta lad 9:30 am !! Pésimo servicio esperaria un poco de empatia y ademas es increible que los mismos trabajadores desconozcan los horarios de sus otros compañeros. Es un hecho nunca voy a volver a ese hotel. Estara bonito y limpio pero eso no es lo unico que espera uno de un hotel.

Superrr..este hotel tiene las mejores vistas . Y la ubicación . .uffff brutallll.. frente a edificios turísticos.Y alrededor, por las 4 esquinas infinidad de lugares para comer y tiendas...súper cerca de lugares turísticos...lo recomiendo 150 % Camine al brookli bridge.. al battery park, al museo del 911, al wall street..en fin cerca de todo...y tiene 4estaciones de tren alrededor

Solo la vista. El hotel está muy descuidado. Alfombras muy viejas. Baño necesita limpiezas profundas. Mueble ya para cambiar. La vista muy buena.

Experiência única!Essa é a melhor definição para as suítes corner no 53 andar do Milenium Hilton em Manhattan. A suíte corner além de obviamente ser de canto, ocupa toda a largura do prédio, assim sendo, o hóspede tem uma visão magnifica de 270 graus da ilha, East Side, Mid Town e West Side aos seus pés.O living da suíte é gigante, oferecendo vistas panorâmicas de Mid Town e West Side, já o dormitório com grandes janelas, oferece vistas panorâmicas para Mid Town e East Side, incluindo o memorial e o World Trade Center.OMilenium Hilton também me agrada pela localização e excelente conectividade com metro, lembrando que dependendo do transito é mais rápido ir para o JFK de trem ou metro, e ambos estão em frente e ao lado do hotel, inclusive a linha "E" que leva sem conexões diretamente até o Air TrainEspero que esse breve relato ajude a outros viajantes a escolherem oseu próximo hotel. :)** Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante a negócios e a lazer em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor.

I had a 14 night reservation but immediately checked out after seeing the condition of the room.Stains in the carpet,old furniture missing handles,lumpy bed.I gave front desk a chance to make it better but all I was offered was an upgrade to Junior Suite for $50 extra a night.

I was shocked to see the following conditions inside my suite when I checked in on October 14, 20211. Fabric sofa was grubby with dirt and stains, cushions were already out of shape. 2. Carpet was already loose in some parts, with patches of dirt and stains 3. Desk, tables and side drawers were full of dents and scratches 4. Curtain was dusty and in some parts they were out of track. 5. Leftover coffee bag was left inside the coffee machine indicating the room was not properly cleaned.It’s a pitty they don’t do good maintenance, their location is fantastic

Nice hotel despite some of the negative views I read. Quiet. Best sleep I've had in a long time.Only negative things to report is the stain on the carpet and the not so pleasant smell of the sheets.

They need to get organized and stop using Covid as an excuse to not open amenities. If you are short on staff, pay more!

Everything is closed due to covid, which actually makes no sense because... restaurants and bars are still open in the city with nobody wearing masks or showing proof of vax. You have an open hotel, open lobby, open elevators. Eating/drinking, far too dangerous! Excuse to reduce labor while still claiming PPP benefits through pandemic, taking more off the top than other hotels are willing to stoop to. I could've been unvaxxed but nobody ever checked me once in NYC, nobody actually cares. All virtue signal, no efficacy or execution. Pile the corpses.My room was a 0/10 for the price. 54th floor. Good view but there is a sudden loud banging and slamming noise every few seconds that reverberates and vibrates the walls of the building. Not sure if it's pipes or elevators. There is very clearly an old diarrhea stain on the lounge chair. I think the diarrhea stained chair is unnecessary and kept around only to remind you you're a low class second rate citizen that shouldn't get too cozy in this city.The unauthorized $800 charge on my card despite total bill for room coming to $530 after taxes is pretty neat of them too! If you can't afford a random unexplained charge like this you will be broke your entire stay unfortunately as its still not back in my account. May dispute the charge and never stay in another Hilton honestly, it's that egregious of a violation/financial abuse.

Very nice hotel in a prime location. Close to all transit and at the heart of the financial district. Would have given 5 stars but the rooms seemed to need some care/updates. Fridge was not in operation, finishes needed updated. All in all, it is very nice and will probably stay here again soon.

Issues with the room: 1. the door was hard to push open. Needs to be realigned. 2. Fridge power cable cut and not clean. 3. Cabinet door for the fridge has a missing handle. 4. End table missing shelf dowel. Couldn't use it. 5. Headboard light broken. 6. Twice on the first day, house keeping entered the room, second time at midnight.

To start many Hilton’s in the city partner with garages for at least a slight discount, this one does not. They talk about a restaurant and they only offer a meager breakfast no other meal. The room was not maintained well, bubbles in the ceiling, dirt on the walls, stained up very carpets, dust all over light bulbs, the person who stayed before us cover the smoke detector and they never removed it (yup a fire hazard) and they also covered the sprinkler system. The front desk staff could learn from the other local Hilton’s for customer service and how to be polite to the guests, especially the Diamond members. I almost feel like this should be a $59 a night motel with all of these issues. They don’t ask for vax cards or enforce masks like many of the other places around. It’s just sad they call this place a Hilton, even the bell hops are not responsive. They would rather stay inside vs. coming out to be helpful for the guests. I guess since it’s so much, it’s a management issue. Very sad.

Es muy malo ése hotel no lo recomiendo para nada lo peor que hay no hay canales de tv latinos .El desayuno estaba incluido y no dan desayuno y el precio era con el desayuno incluido.La nevera no sirve no tienen microondas cobran un depósito bastante alto de 375 dólares aparte de eso lo quitan de la cuenta bancaria apenas uno entra al hotel.No lo recomiendo

Beautiful views, awesome bed, cozy!!! Staff is super nice and fast... Food is everywhere you turn... Plenty of places to shop and the water front is so romantic. Definitely would the visit again, and I would suggest that even if it is just to get out of the house and have a local stay-cation.

Loved the view from the hotel. Stayed here a couple of times during business visit and cant go wrong! You can get the beat view of freedom tower, rooms are much and I mean MUCH bigger then hotels around there. Trust me on this, you rather stay here then anywhere else near wall street, I have stayed in most of the hotels there now I will come back here every time!

Péssimo sem estacionamento, cheguei aqui sem estacionamento, estacionei em outro estacionamento que eles indicaram que fica a seis minutos do hotel!E ainda tem que pagar o estacionamento, que é muito caro ... Quando saí de casa estava chovendo, busqueimeu carro na chuva .... Terrível .... Decepcionado Não a frigobar no quarto !

We’ve stayed here twice now, and the location is amazing. Our room looked out over the 9/11 memorial. There’s a subway across the street, plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the Seaport, Hudson River, and Battery Park. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is kind and friendly. My husband had a long conversation with one of the doormen, who was working in the area during 9/11. We’re bringing our son back to school in NYC in August, and will be confident staying at the Millennium Hilton.

I recommend the corner junior suite. Really spacious especially for New York. Breakfast is good but not great, (warm items were kinda cold). Close to everything downtown has to offer. In-room coffee...

Stayed here due to the location of my meetings. Property lobby is efficient but rooms are really tired. Had a nice view of the world trade complex. Not a lot of great options in this neighborhood but...

Good hotel. Safe and clean! Would suggest if you are doing 9/11 memorial visit. Great shopping mall right across the street. Super close to subway and a quick shot straight to or from Grand Central...

Room #4404 was outdated and minor repairs have clearly not been done for years. Furniture was missing and random. Don't try plugging in your cell phone charger without expecting a fist full of dust...
