“We had great experience during our stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel located very close to the airport, which was great since our flight was very early morning. They provide free shuttle that runs every hour and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and served perfectly for what we needed. There were not much light in the room, refrigerator worked great and kept our food fresh, beds were comfortable but pillows too hard for my liking. We had a complimentary bottle of water in the room and some toiletries. There are several restaurants and shops close if you need to do some shopping.
There was a small sweet gift waiting us at the desk when we entered the room - chocolate - always nice when staff is detail oriented ) Thank you!”

“Ok so everything was good till there was no hot water. That is very important as you do not want to shower in cold water. I'd never stay in this hotel if i had known it was hot water issues throughout. Even made us change rooms where we had to figure everything out to move from one room to another and it was super annoying and then they tell us whole hotel has hot water issues. Do yourself a favor and stay at different hotel where you can peacefully shower in hot water”
