“The location and service here were amazing. Very attentive staff that could arrange everything from taxi pickups to bike rentals and tours. Rooms were cleaned every day and they did an excellent job of it. Rooms were pretty standard - small and the beds were a bit stiff. The location can't be beat - directly in the middle of the old city and on the canal. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Amsterdam.
There is a restaurant downstairs where we had a good breakfast a couple of mornings, and a little mini "store" where you can pick up snacks and drinks and pay for them at a kiosk with a self checkout credit card machine. Bike rentals were super easy and then you can lock them up right outside to use for how ever many days you rent them (15 euros a day).”
