“Overbooked and left us without a room! I booked a room months in advance. We drove 3 hours to stay the day before our cruise in October. Upon checking in they tell me that they overbooked and do not have a room for me and my family. The front desk person lied and said they sent notice, which they did not! She said they emailed me the day before. I checked all emails, even spam, no email. Also my reservation still showed active on my app. Which further tells me no notice was sent. She had the nerve to then say it takes 24 hours for it to show up online. More lies! The front desk person did not offer any type of help or even an apology, just “we have no rooms available and you need to go elsewhere”. I picked this hotel because of the great reviews although it was more expensive. I was floored by the the lack of care and professionalism. I was then stuck trying to find a last minute room elsewhere! All the surrounding hotels were also all full and said that Embassy Suites overbooks often. Thankfully we were able to find a room a few minutes away but the whole situation was so stressful and at no fault of my own! This was absolutely unacceptable! I travel often and have never ever had anything like this happen to me! Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else more reliable.”

“Clean modern rooms. Front desk was professional and polite. They thanked me for my Embassy status and found another room for me because mine wasn't ready yet. The restaurant in the hotel was very very good. Danni our waitress was incredible. Parking was a bit crazy though.”
