“Great customer service. Relatively small rooms. NO FREE WIFI!!! no free parking. Expensive food. Had a clogged sink on arrival. Issues were taken care of in an efficient time. Most likely will not be returning.”

“I stayed here while I visited New York in December, and liked it.
The hotel is in a nice part of Brooklyn with a good walking distance to shopping and other attractions.
The staff is nice, and my favorite is that the lobby includes Starbucks 😁 The Starbucks should add mobile orders though, I hate to stand in line ..
Rooms are nice and clean, and the lounge representative was very welcoming and helpful. The lounge did, however, seem a bit worn out, but the food and drinks was fine.
Note that you’ll have to ask for the passcode to the toilets on the lounge/pool floor, since this changes every day.
Overall a great experience.
