“The customer service was pretty good! We got in very late (after 1AM) but were able to take the shuttle from the airport over for free. The rooms really need a remodel but the beds were clean and the room was quiet. We set the AC down to 70 degrees F but it wouldn’t budge past 75. We asked for a single king bed but we’re given a double room. Which worked out in a way because it was too hot and I had to move to sleep by myself. We got a great deal on the room though so I can’t really complain.”
