Perfeitamente normal Residence Inn em NJ. A cozinha do quarto poderia ser mais limpa e eles poderiam pegar o lixo dos corredores depois do meio-dia, mas acho que eles têm poucos funcionários ou pelo menos isso seria uma desculpa se alguém quisesse comentários. . . é bom ter uma mesa em um lugar separado espaço para trabalhar. Eu gosto que eles têm uma quadra de basquete! Por que não há toalheiro ou gancho perto da pia do banheiro?? 🤔

Ótimo hotel. Quarto era muito grande. Eu gostei de como eles separaram os três quartos. Basicamente, eles dividem em um quarto, cozinha e sala de estar. Eles conseguiram fazer isso sem parecer apertado ou ruim. A área da recepção era agradável e limpo. A mulher que trabalhava na mesa era incrível. Ela até sabia quem eu era quando comecei a falar com ela. Achei bem impressionante. Mas poderia ter sido o sotaque de Boston. A única razão pela qual não estou deixando um 5 estrelas é porque não tive a chance de tomar café da manhã ou tomar café, então não posso comentar algo que não experimentei. Ótimo hotel embora.

Absolutamente atroz serviço ao cliente. Wi-Fi horrível. Paguei por "Wi-Fi atualizado" e nem consegui me conectar a ele. Quando solicitei o reembolso, me disseram que teria que esperar até segunda-feira. Eu não deveria ter que esperar por nada quando paguei por um serviço que este hotel prometeu e não cumpriu. Vou garantir que informe a empresa absolutamente enorme para a qual trabalho para não usar este hotel novamente.

Residence Inn perfectamente normal en NJ. La cocina de la habitación podría estar más limpia y podrían recoger la basura de los pasillos después del mediodía, pero supongo que tienen poco personal o al menos eso sería una excusa si alguien quisiera comentarios... Es bueno tener una mesa en un lugar separado. espacio para trabajar. Me gusta que tienen una cancha de baloncesto. ¿Por qué no hay un toallero o un gancho cerca del lavabo del baño? 🤔

gran hotel La habitación era muy grande. Me gustó como separaron las tres habitaciones. Básicamente lo dividen en un dormitorio, cocina y sala de estar. Se las arreglaron para hacer eso sin que se viera apretado o malo. La zona de recepción era agradable y limpia. La mujer que trabajaba en el escritorio era increíble. Incluso sabía quién era yo cuando comencé a hablar con ella. Pensé que era bastante impresionante. Sin embargo, podría haber sido el acento de Boston. La única razón por la que no dejo un 5 estrellas es porque no tuve la oportunidad de desayunar o tomar un café, así que no puedo comentar sobre algo que no experimenté. Gran hotel sin embargo.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Horrible Wi-Fi. I paid for “upgraded Wi-Fi” and couldn’t even connect to it. When I asked for a refund I was told I have to wait until Monday. I shouldn’t have to wait for anything when I paid for a service this hotel promised and didn’t deliver on. I will ensure I inform the absolutely massive company I work for not to use this hotel again.

Perfectly normal Residence Inn in NJ. In room kitchen could be cleaner and they could pick up trash from halls after noon, but I'm guessing they're short staffed or at least that would be an excuse if anyone wanted comments... nice to have a table in a separate room for working. I like that they have a basketball court! Why is there no towel rack or hook anywhere near the bathroom sink??? 🤔

Great hotel. Room was very large. I liked how they separated the three rooms. Basically they break it down to a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. They managed to do that without making it look cramped or bad. The front desk area was nice and clean. The woman working the desk was awesome. She even knew who I was when I started talking to her. I thought that was pretty impressive. It could have been the Boston accent though. Only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star is because I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast or have coffee so I can’t comment on something I didn’t experience. Great hotel though.

Eu usava uma camiseta (masculina grande, eu sou uma mulher de 4'11), e ela estava cobrindo meu short ... porque descia quase até meus joelhos. Disseram que isso era impróprio e que enfiasse minha camisa dentro do short. Fiz isso no dia seguinte e fui proibido de voltar (por Angie na recepção). Eu também tenho 22 anos e ela se recusou a falar comigo sobre isso, apenas meu pai. Não olharia para mim ou falaria comigo diretamente. Eu não posso acreditar que nada disso era aceitável.

Instalação limpa, estacionamento decente, ótima localização equipe simpática.A bagagem desaparecida está em ambos os quartos. A eficiência da cozinha tinha uma dobradiça quebrada e um compressor muito barulhento na geladeira - nada crítico, mas não de primeira.

Instalaciones limpias, estacionamiento decente, excelente ubicación, personal amable.Soporte de equipaje perdido en nuestras dos habitaciones. La eficiencia de la cocina tenía una bisagra rota y un compresor muy ruidoso en el refrigerador, nada crítico, pero no de primera.

I wore a t-shirt (men’s Large, I’m a 4’11 female), and it was covering my shorts… because it came down to almost my knees. Was told this was inappropriate and to tuck my shirt into my shorts. Did it the following day and I got banned from ever coming back (by Angie at the front desk). I’m also 22 years old and she refused to speak to me about it, only my dad. Wouldn’t look at me or talk to me directly. I can’t believe any of this was acceptable.

Clean facility, decent parking, great location friendly staff. Missing luggage stands in both of our rooms. The kitchen efficiency had a broken hinge and a very loud compressor in the refrigerator - nothing critical, but not top notch.

O forno estava quebrado, a geladeira estava barulhenta e quando o serviço de quarto veio para limpar o nosso quarto, eles pegaram 2 toalhas do balcão que era meu. Quando eles reabasteceram as toalhas, eles não deixaram o suficiente. Filho gostava da área de café da manhã todas as manhãs, o local era limpo.

Oven was broke, refrigerator was loud and when room service came to clean our room they actually took 2 towels off the counter that was mine. When they restocked the towels they didn't leave enough. Son enjoyed the breakfast area every morning, location was clean.
