“We loved our stay at The Watson--had breakfast vouchers, so that got each day off to a wonderful start. Found the hotel to be clean, quiet (for NYC), and in all respects nice, including staff. Some aspects/furnishings showed some age, but were functional and clean--kind of like home. Location very convenient to stores for basics and to mass transit, bus stops and Columbus Circle subways. We went to the World Trade Center area, Korea Town, Murray Hill, Midtown East, Jersey City, and even Washington Heights, in addition to some exploring around Hell's Kitchen--all easy mostly by subway, bus, or reasonable walks. Next time, maybe we'll make to the museums nearby, as well. We'll be glad to stay here again, when the next opportunity arises.”
