“El vigilante de Seguridad de hoy día 27/06 de las 2.50 de la madrugada un mal educado. Más de 350 euroscada noche en una suite y cuando llegas de cenar se le hace una pregunta vinculada en la máquina expendedora de bebidas y contesta con mala educación y faltando el respeto, de malas formasy chillando, cuando se le reitera la pregunta porque no entendimosque se hubiera comportado de esta forma, levanta los brazos y su mala educación aumenta poniendosecomo un energúmeno diciendo que el no tiene ni idea y que no es personal del hotel. Yo, por mi parte no es mi deber saber quién o quienno, me debe contestar a mis dudas sobre dicha maquina o bien quien o quien no es personal del hotel Mi opinión es que me indicara quien es la persona responsable de contestarme dicha duda y nada más. Es una pena que por esa persona mala educada no volveremos mas ni a este hotel ni a ningún HOTEL del Grupo CATALONIA, y de echo no nos hemos ido por la hora que es, si no, está claro que nos hubiéramos ido.”
